If you did not receive your order receipt, please check your junk/spam folder. Also, please add [email protected] to your contacts or safe-sender list for your email application. 

How do I download?
All purchases are available for 48 hours from the time your order has been processed. After that time, if you need to retrieve your purchase, please email [email protected], including your purchase receipt and we'll make sure you receive what you ordered. 

All purchases are available for immediate download. Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive an email receipt. Your download link will be located at the bottom of your receipt page, highlighted in green marked as "Click here to Download." Click the link to open your download page, where you will find a link to download each of your sets. 


I'm on a desktop computer. What do I do?
You can utilize three ways to download from your download page.

For video purchases, on a desktop computer, you can right-click the download link and save the file; You can click on the link to play the video, and right-click the video itself and select "Save Video As"; You can click on the download link and watch the video directly in your browser. 

For photo set purchases, you can click on the download link to automatically save the file to your desktop, or you can right-click the link and select "Save Link As." 
You must have WinZip or another zip extraction utility installed in order to unzip photo set file(s). 

I'm on a mobile device. What do I do?
If you're on a mobile device, you can still download and view all content. 

You will receive an email from [email protected] with your order receipt. Your download link will be located at the bottom of your receipt page, highlighted in green marked as "Click here to Download." Click the link to open your download page, where you will find a link to download each of your sets. 

For video purchases, you will be able to view the content directly in your browser window. 
If you would like to save the video content to your mobile device, please refer to the *Mobile help page. 

For photo set purchases on a mobile device, you must have WinZip or another zip extraction utility installed. This is very important, and the first step. 
In order to extract, click on the download link from your download page and allow the file to fully download in your browser. It may appear to be doing nothing, but the content is downloading to your device. Once the download has been completed, you should see a page showing the zip file information and two options: Open in WinZip, and More...  

Click on the "More" link, and select the option "Copy to WinZip." After that, launch your WinZip app, and navigate to Local/My Files, where you will find your photo set available for viewing.
